2. Eligibility for Returns

Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In its original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@truesharp.com with clear photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and make it right.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants)
Custom or personalized products
Personal care goods (for hygiene reasons)
Hazardous materials or flammable products
